[arm-allstar] Audio muffled

Bradley,

 First of all why are you using usbradio vs. simpleusb? We have put a lot
of effort into the simpleusb code to improve it over the years and unless
you need PL encode/decode which anymore is usually done in the radio,
simpleusb would be preferred.

However either way the de-emphasis setting would be the one that could
cause what might be referred to as muffled audio. If it was turned on when
not needed it would restrict the higher frequencies. Have you tried turning
it off if you have it on?
