[arm-allstar] Is port forwarding required?

I have an allstar node, how can I check if it is in the Hamvoip database?
I actually have 2 nodes 47931, and 48618.

We checked our database and it looks like you do not have a hamvoip
registration. This is VERY important for hotspot or often booted on and off
locations and actually for any situation. The ASL registration system is
flawed and even when it does work it takes up to 20 minutes to get a node
list. This is totally impractical for a hot spot system. I will get you a
hamvoip registration and info on how to install it. It offers instant node
lookups at startup.
