If you are using a Baofeng handheld or otherChinese radio generally the toprow where it says menu? four keys across areA, B, C, D when the radio is keyed.Phone hotspot connections do work outbound. Who is your provider? Check the*A5 to see if you are registered. In the past we have seen problems withSSID names or passwords containing special characters. In particular"Charlie's Phone" did not work because of the apostrophe but if you aregetting an IP address it should be at least connecting to the phone.
