[arm-allstar] not connecting to certain nodes - node table database file

I really, really doubt re-flashing the SD card is going to fix the issue,
since node 51046 is able to connect to many other nodes successfully. And,
I was just able to connect to 2585 from one of my HamVoIP test systems.
There is a well known issue where some ASL nodes DO NOT promptly get
nodelist updates, so in and out bound connections are impaired for a while.
I experienced this first-hand just last week, where some ASL nodes were
unreachable for about a whole day. Node 2585 is an ASL node.
