[arm-allstar] not connecting to certain nodes - node table database file

David,
There is no local node database. All nodes are looked up via DNS at the
time of connection. Please keep in mind that some nodes may not be online
and some may not be setup for incoming connections. Some also may be
purposefully blocking connections. There could also be an Internet problem
between you and the node you are trying to connect to. Also in Allstar BOTH
ends need to be able to connect to each other. So the node you are trying
to connect to may not be able to connect back to you.
You need to check with dns-query if a node is even online if you suspect
there is a problem. To do this type
dns-query node# at the Linux prompt.
If you continue to have problems you need to tell us your node number and
the node you are trying to connect to.
