[arm-allstar] Supermon "All Nodes" URL error

This can be fixed by editing "/srv/http/supermon/link.php" and changing line 326 (on mine anyway) to the correct URL.

https://allstarlink.org/nodelist.php resulting in a 404 error. The URL 
should be https://allstarlink.org/nodelist
