I read its capabilities.  At this point I would rather that a screw up
when tinkering would not take down the entire repeater.  It's likely
that in the future I'd move to only having Allstar.  Know thyself, as
they say.  ;-)

The CAT-200B can be configured for the COS to be active high or low.
However, I think the CAT-200B's PTT is active low only.  Presumably, the
simpleusb interface can be configured for COS to be active high or low?

I've gotten familiar enough with Debian's implementation of systemd so I
am familiar with its commands and unit files.
