[arm-allstar] Vote or not to vote

We have a Hardware voter but we are thinking to just install receiver in
the low shadow areas that we can’t hear. We only use MTR2000 and we have
from frames with no transmitters in them. If we install them and use
different PL’s we can just link them without having to use a voter. I was
hoping the software had something magical built in but its not always that
easy.
