[arm-allstar] write_node_callsigns somewhat broken after astdb format change

Hi all:

Recently, the format of astdb.txt has changed, which has somewhat broken 
the functionality of the write_node_callsigns script.

There are now files such as ";Generated 15489 records in 0.152 
seconds..gsm" in my directory, one for each different number of records 
generated when the script runs, based on the last line of the text file.

It seems to work fine otherwise. I just have to keep deleting these 
useless files.
