[arm-allstar] Listening on Hub

Okay about the function mapping. I don't know what happened. I link nodes 
like this all the time, as do thousands of other users. I've not had, nor 
gotten reports of, any problems like this.

If it happens again, try to get the output from the "rpt showvars <node>" 
command on the user node and hub(s).
