[arm-allstar] Enabling port 4569?

The LAN (local area network) IP address was stated as "192.168.0.24". If 
you want to enable other nodes to connect to yours, then you'll need to 
forward UDP port 4569 through the Arris router to that IP address. The 
link provided above will help you understand what's required.
