[arm-allstar] Enabling port 4569?

Hi folks. I'm hoping you can help.


I'm trying to enable port 4569 so I can accept incoming connections.  
Currently I have the following settings, and people are unable to connect.

I have a single Shari node connected to a home cable modem/Wi-Fi router. 
Brand name is ARRIS.


Service Name: AllstarIncoming (just a text label it asked for)
Service Type: UDP
Internal Port(s): 4569~4569
External Port(s): 4569~4569
Server IPv4: 192.168.0.24 (the IP my node is always assigned by the router)


All suggestions gratefully received.
