[arm-allstar] Difference between duplex=1 and duplex=3?

duplex=1 is simplex, with full telemetry.
duplex=3 is full-duplex mode, just like duplex=2, with the difference that
no audio from the local receiver is send back to the local transmitter,
via the AllStar software. This is useful where you have an external audio
processor, controller, etc. It's also nice on radio-less nodes (since most
a full-duplex), so you can hear any link audio while you're talking.
