[arm-allstar] Can't Display SimpleUSB Menu

Do you have chan_simpleusb loaded in /etc/asterisk/modules.conf and at 
least one simpleusb channel configured and running on a node defined in 
rpt.conf?

If simpleusb isn't setup and operational, the simpleusb-tune-menu program 
won't load.
