Don,

I am not good at writing explanations but hope this clears up a couple
things for you...

The node commands are exactly the same as any Allstar node unless
modified by you.
You might activate a program called Supermon for easy control of your
nodes ... See the Supermon How to <https://hamvoip.org//#howtos>

Radioless Node and what happens...

Microphone - substitutes for a regular RF Receiver. Becomes the source
of audio sent out to the Internet.
When the Mic is keyed the PTT line of the Microphone places a logic low
(wired to the COS logic pin) on your USB FOB or RA-25.
That COS logic becomes PTT at the opposite end of a connection telling
it to key its transmitter and pass any incoming audio.

When the opposite end transmits the same thing happens at your end.
His COS becomes your PTT turning on (keying) the Amplified speaker (your
transmitter) which only you and not RF hear its audio.
The Microphone is the substitute audio input source replacing a signal
that would normally come from a RF Receiver with you Mic audio.

To connect to another node dial a DTMF sequence *3(node number)
To disconnect Dial *1(node number)
