[arm-allstar] Remote Receive Node

Okay, one way to accomplish this is using the cop,3 command to disable the 
transmitter. A caveat is that cop,3 must be run after the node is 
connected, or connects are disabled, too. Here is an (untested!) example 
connecting from node 1234 to node 2345:
