[arm-allstar] RX Audio only heard when Flashing Red LED is in ON State

Thanks for your reply. I want to say that it does.  I will check and follow
up.

Let me share this: another user sent direct message a moment ago, saying
that they "found a documentation error on pinouts"... See the attached
pic.

I'm just using the controller alone; it appears they are using the RLS1000
board and an older brother CAT controller.

This is most interesting.
