[arm-allstar] raspberry pi recommendations

Jed,

Personally, since the retail price for RPi4B boards is the same as earlier
models, I would go with an RPi4 board. 1GB of memory is sufficient for
normal HamVoIP/AllStar use, even if used as a large hub.

There are a myriad of different cases out there. Just consider that
plastic cases will hold heat in (unless they include a fan) and may cause
operating temperatures to run much higher. If a fan is included, that may
be the weakest part of the system as a point of failure, due to poor
long-term reliability. High quality fans may cost almost as much as the
RPi4 itself!

Very nice aluminum cases are available in about the $15 price range. Most
of these case provide a passive heatsink mechanism, which IMO can work
quite well. These cases may have some possible drawbacks, too, including
reducing the performance of the RPi3/4 built-in WiFi / Bluetooth
performance. Also, the passive heatsinks frequently attach with glue pads,
making the cases somewhat difficult to open or reuse.

As with ALL these boards, make sure to use a really robust power supply!
