[arm-allstar] Iaxrpt and last updates?

hi all
i cannot connect my node anymore using Iaxrpt from my pc,
i have changed my router and open TCP 4569 and 4570 as before,
i cannot login my node here,
i can connect any other nodes on the network ,
All my other applications are working as normal as before i changed my router
for an Dlink Ac1200 .

is there something that has been done ,i am troubleshooting my problem,
