[arm-allstar] Wunderground API

Darrell,

Solar and UV are only part of wunderground station reports if the
stations has that capability. There is no way to add things to the hourly
report of temperature and condition. They are the only things reported.
Condition being - rain, cloudy, fog, etc. The personal weather stations do
not provide the current condition. wx_condition.sh does provide all of the
current parameters from the national weather service or a wunderground
report. Not all parameters are available from either report and only those
that are valid are reported. If you want temperature and condition on the
hour I would use either zip or airport codes.
