Doug,
Yes location and neighborhood are both filled in. I don't see a way to
edit either location or neighborhood, only Name, Elevation, Device
Hardware,Height above ground, Surface type, Associate webcam.
I don't think the old Wunderground settings had a neighborhood data
field. I recall only using a pin drop on a map to define the location,
no address or lat/lon entry.
