[arm-allstar] Pi3 All Star Repeater Controller

Hi Ron. Just curious but, are you feeding your allstar node receive 
audio from the discriminator? If so, you might want to check and see if 
setting "G" in Simple USB tune is enabled. This may affect your nodes 
ability to decode DTMF. Good luck sir.
