[arm-allstar] Heavy static and dropping from my HTs audio in FTM-400/ DMK URI Node

Okay, just confirming:

...Audio from the FTM-400 to the node is fine.

...Audio from the node to the FTM-400 and going out the FTM-400
transmitter is bad.

How are you connecting the URI TX audio to the FTM-400 input? If via the
mic connector, I suspect a level issue, where the URI output level is way
too high. If this is the case, attenuate the TX audio output from the URI
before the FTM-400 mic input using a resistive attenuator pad.

system is fine, I am getting good quality audio reports from my
transmitted audio aside from the occasional dropout. The big problem is
the audio from the system into the node. It is so scratchy that the audio
is almost not audible on either my node radio, or the audio transmitted
from the node over the air.
