[arm-allstar] IAX node registration

Hi David,

Well, that sounds strange???  No idea what could be happening there.

I am getting some reports of ASL issues. They're mainly that nodes are 
showing registered, but the node's data doesn't show up in ASL's 
rpt_extnodes file for download.
