[arm-allstar] AllStarLink server upgrades in progress

Hi Everyone,

I've heard tonight that some type of major, unannounced infrastructure
upgrade is in progress right now with the AllStarLink (ASL) servers.  So,
if your nodes are only registering with ASL's systems, expect connectivity 
problems until this upgrade is completed.

If your node is dual-registered with both ASL and HamVoIP, the
connectivity impact is minimal for all dual-registered nodes.

If you need a HamVoIP registration statement, please send me an e-mail.


Hopefully, the ASL upgrades will be completed very soon, so please be 
patient.
