I wanted to test the USB-RIMbefore going through and making the radio connections (will be a pair ofVertex Standards modified to the 6M band).Under simple-usb-tune, I went to do the Flash (Toggle PTT and Tone outputseveral times) option, but it did not blink the PTT on the RIM. Neither didE) Toggle Transmit Test.I do have power on, the PC heartbeat light is blinking. I'm just not sureif it's communicating. Should the PTT be able to light up even without thecable connected?
