[arm-allstar] Kenwood Repeater Interface

I had to build a cable to connect a TKR-850 to an RA-40. I am not sure 
what pin on the accessory connector you are using, but I had to program 
one of the AUXIO pins on the 25 pin connector to 'TOR' switching LOW 
when active. That provided the LOW going COR that was only active when 
proper PL was decoded. I don't know if that helps.. never messed with 
the TKR-840.
