[arm-allstar] Kenwood Repeater Interface

 I didn't get your original post but I could read between the lines and
read your facebook post. That still didn't stop the Allstarlink node and
repeater from keying without PL. If I disconnect the Allstarlink node then
the repeater does not key with the PL off.
