[arm-allstar] Telemetry volume

Here is a cheap, but better than by ear thing to do without a big
investment in test equipment.

You'll need: a scanner or other receiver with a discriminator tap and
an oscilloscope.
Tune to your local NOAA weather radio transmitter, these are still
wideband like ham radio, look at that with your scope.  Then tune to
your freq and adjust to match.
