[arm-allstar] Node Registration Updat

Hi Don,

Well, if these nodes are showing "registered" at with ASL, something is
broken at their end.


[root at RPi4B-dev ~]# cat /var/log/asterisk/astdb.txt | grep 53078
530780|VA7DGP|147.540|New Westminster, BC
530781|VA7DGP|147.540|New Westminster, BC
530782|VA7DGP|147.540|New Westminster, BC

[root at RPi4B-dev ~]# cat /var/log/asterisk/astdb.txt | grep 53210
53210|VA7DGP|147.540|New Westminster, BC



mcgough at hvreg4:~$ cat /lmdb-tmp/nodelist.txt | grep 53078
530780=radio at 96.55.130.48:4569/530780,96.55.130.48
mcgough at hvreg4:~$

mcgough at hvreg4:~$ cat /lmdb-tmp/nodelist.txt | grep 53210
mcgough at hvreg4:~$


As this shows, there is no published registration data for nodes 530781, 
530782 nor 53210.
