[arm-allstar] 2nd node setup issue

Hi Robert,
There is currently a kernel issue with the RPi4B boards. They only work
with a single URI attached. If you attach more than one, both/all go
"wonky." I put a message about this on the https://hamvoip.org website
back in June.
I did considerable testing back in April/May and confirmed is NOT a
problem with Asterisk/AllStar or the simpleusb driver. It's a Linux
kernel problem. I've tried fairly resent kernels (up through version
5.4.45) and the problem is still present.
I'll have a resolution for this problem ASAP. Since it's not a bug in the
HamVoIP AllStar code directly, I'm still in a holding pattern.
For now, you can still use any earlier model RPi2/3 and they will work.
