[arm-allstar] DR-1X Repeater Using RA-DR1X Board. No RF Audio

When transmitting from my HT other RF users can't hear the audio.  The PTT
does key but no audio.

Now I do have audio if i'm linked to another node it works as expected....
Except the people who are on the RF side repeater do not hear my side of
the conversation.  They do hear the remote ASL node and the remote ASL node
hears me.

I can hear the telemetry coming from the repeater no problem as well.

Doing a test with the Parrot also works 100%

But if you just try to speak with someone locally on the repeater they do
not hear anything.  Just a carrier.

It's probably something silly and stupid but for the life of me i'm not
figuring out what it is.
