[arm-allstar] Morse Code ID Seems Stuck at 20 WPM

Hello All,
I am looking to speed up the morse code ID on my HamVoIP Allstar Node.
However, when I increase the speed parameter beyond 20 in rpt.conf in
the [morse51986] stanza, it does not seem to have any audible effect.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to speed up the morse ID
beyond its painfully slow speed? When telemetry fires, it slows me
down from keying up, as this is a simplex node.
