[arm-allstar] Hamvoip message scripting

Hi Lou,
There isn't currently a well defined way to do this. It is a feature that
has been requested several times and would be useful.
Some users have written scripts to simply replace or reorder a sequence of
tail message files. For example, you could setup something like:
tailmessagelist=/tmp/sound/file1,/tmp/sound/file2,/tmp/sound/file3,/tmp/sound/fileN
The tailmessagelist commend (which is placed in the rpt.conf [node]
stanza) runs the specified order, for example: 1,2,3,N.
For the individual sound files in /tmp/sound, these could be symbolic
links to the actual files stored on the SD card. Then, you could have a
cron job that replaces these symlinks, randomizing the order, at various
times....Kludgy, but functional.

I am running a Pi 3B with a URIxB, Hamvoip connected to a UHF repeater. I
have several messages that I want the repeater to play randomly at
specified intervals. Any help would be appreciated. 73'.
