[arm-allstar] 2 nodes on pi, audio goes out 1 node

Is this bug documented anywhere? I spent a lot of time trying to troubleshoot this issue. If it's a known issue I think it should probably be listed as such in the HamVoip docs. If there;s a corresponding Kernel bug, I'd also like to go take a look at it.

Hi Derek,

There is currently a kernel bug where RPi4B boards don't work with more
than one USB fob. This issue currently remains unresolved.

I've tried various distro releases (including Raspbian) with no success.
I've also tried Linux kernels up thru 5.4.45 on ArchLinux, still no
success. I've also posted to the Raspberry Pi official forum, no answers,
thus far. This bug is easy to duplicate using the ALSA programs aplay or
speaker, without even having Asterisk/HamVoIP installed on the system.

Note that the IDENTICAL same firmware images work properly on RPi3B and
RPi3B+ boards and has been well tested. So, for now, if you want to use
multiple USB adapters, I recommend the RPi3B+ board.

Hopefully there will be a resolution to this problem soon. I'll update the
HamVoIP firmware image as soon as this is resolved---but, again, this
isn't a bug in Asterisk/HamVoIP/AllStar directly.

Hello - I've recently added a second node to a Pi 4 following the
instructions provided in the config-setup PDF. Both nodes work, with one
(major) exception. I can see audio in to the correct soundcards for the
correct stanza when using susb tune rxdisplay. When call the nodes on the
RF side, the correct sound card COS is activated, and the correct radio
PTT gets keyed, however the audio for both nodes goes OUT of a single
sound card, so one of the nodes transmits a dead carrier, and the other
node transmits fine. If both are trying to transmit at the same time, I
heard the audio for both out of one of the nodes, not the other. It's not
always the same card either, when I restart asterisk or reboot the node,
it seems to randomly decide which card will be used for audio out.

The nodes are:
520720 - modified CM108 with 2 BF 888s
520721 - SHARI

I've attached my configs as well.
