[arm-allstar] Echolink Telemetry Notices Not Working with Telemdefault=2

Hello,

I have my telemdefault=2 so that telemetry is only announced for 2 minutes then goes silent.  When other nodes connect to me, or I connect to other nodes, I receive the telemetry notification, and after two minutes, the telemetry goes silent, as it should.  However, this is not true with Echolink.  With Telemdefault=2, I do not hear Echolink connections or disconnections.  Would it be possible in a future update to change this, so the telemetry behaves the same for Echolink connections as it does for AllStar connections?
