[arm-allstar] GPIO Button on Supermon

On supermon 6.2+, the GPIO button brings up a window the the GPIO status.
Clicking on the View GPIO howto button at the bottom doesn’t work because
it’s got the wrong internet address that it tries to bring up. It tries to
go to https://www.hamvoip.org/GPIO_how-to.pdf, when it should be going to
https://hamvoip.org/howto/GPIO_how-to.pdf. Just an f.y.i.
