[arm-allstar] hum on my allstar nodes

Morning Jed!
Are these nodes connected to radios? Are you possibly using fans to keep
them cool? Have you tried things like running nodes one at a time to see if
you have a noisy power supply? The more details on the troubleshooting you
have attempted the more help we can provide.
