[arm-allstar] Echolink, Repeater Duplex and Newsline Questions

Just a quick response. You mentioned V1.5 - we are V1.6 now and a fix to
Echolink regarding not playing telemetry audio was made just several weeks
ago. Make sure all your nodes are upgraded.
