Chris,
A basic answer to this question. If you have a repeater where you can
separate the RX/TX and disable any internal controller all you need to do
is treat it as a separate RX/TX. You have a Pi and a FOB and the RX audio
and COS comes from the RX side of the repeater and the PTT and TX audio
goes to the TX side of the repeater. Then you change the duplex setting in
rpt.conf to =2. It is that simple. Of course you would want to make some
other changes but that basically gets you on the air.
