[arm-allstar] Frequency agile remote base

Thank y’all for the response. The only reason is because I have a v7a with a faulty display and this would be perfect to get some use out of it. When I make the cable and all that good stuff will I have to basically build another node minus the simplex radio and then connect my current node to it to be able to controll it?
