[arm-allstar] Controlling two nodes via Supermon

Yes, it is very easy to add additional local or remote node control to
Supermon. I control 13 nodes on one Supermon screen here, several remote.

Just add the remote nodes to the allmon.ini file using their IP address or
domain name and their user and pass. If it is a remote node that node needs
to have it manager.conf bindaddr= 0.0.0.0  AND the manager port, default
5038 needs to be port forwarded at that site. Also keep in mind there are
security issues with this and we recommend the firewall example in the
Supermon howto be used. All of this is described in the howto.
