[arm-allstar] Supermon/Allmon Status issues

Remember, you must use any browser other than Microsoft browsers!
They do not support server events which allmon and Supermon use.

Hello,
Suddenly this morning both supermon and allmon are always showing a status
of waiting. If you view the connedtions via lsnodes they are shown, but the
other tow tools just display waiting.

What did I break?? :)
