[arm-allstar] Tail message math

Chris, how many seconds are in a minute? 60, not 30! Right? Now, 
multiply those by 1,000 because 1 millisecond is one one-thousandth 
of a second.

1 min = 60,000
2 min = 120,000
3 min = 180,000

etc. etc.
