Hi David,
Yes, this is the HamVoIP support list. I've not used the TM-V7A, however
it should be easy to setup and is supported well by the hamlib software,
AFAIK.
You need a data/programming cable for the radio to start testing. If you
google: tm-v7a hamlib you'll find a lot of info. I just noticed this
post, saying you need to short pins 4 & 5 of the mini-din cable to get the
radio to accept commands:
