Justin,

 I have no idea what you are trying to show in that video. It seems very
disconnected to me. It is very difficult to troubleshoot a system without
more facts. What exactly is happening or not happening?

Is your Internet good? Many are having periodic issues right now..  Use
check_connect.sh
Are you properly registered?   - use check_reg.sh
Also run  - system_diagnostics.sh
Are your DTMF tones being decoded properly?  Check in the Asterisk client
hitting all keys and observing what is decoded.
