[arm-allstar] Linux to asterisk command help

Echolink is running and tested (KI7UEF-L), I ran 'echolink dbdump' in the
Asterisk CLI and see all the results just fine.

modules.conf top several lines:

[modules]
autoload=yes
;noload=chan_voter.so
;noload=chan_usbradio.so
;noload=chan_irlp.so
;noload=chan_echolink.so
;noload=chan_simpleusb.so
noload=app_hamvoip.so

I believe echolink.conf to be configured correctly as I'm able to connect
to my -L.
