[arm-allstar] Rogue node 29072

Hi David.

We had problems over here with same node

W3NLE	Perryville, MD

Manchester Hub on 27000 was showing this where we usually only have Pennsylvania WA3DSP  27225

Disconnected it from 27000 but it didn't help much.

Thanks for blocking it.
