[arm-allstar] HamVoIP Losing Telemetry after a while

I am experiencing something similar on my 1.5rc6. Not that bad though. The
Echolink telemetry stopped being sent after 24hrs or so of uptime.
Happened quite consistently over the past 2 weeks - stops sometime after a
reboot.

Actually - which might be a different issue - my Echolink telmetry (when
present) gets sent out only on my second radio port. In my setup, echolink
is on port 4 which is connected to port 1 at startup where all other ports
are connected to.  Note that eannmode=2 for all ports in my rpt.conf.
