[arm-allstar] tool to listen to courtesy tones

As was already suggested, the simplest thing is probably to use a 2nd
"test" RPi on your work bench and a "consumer" CM1xy audio Fob with a
headphone jack. Plug in some standard computer speakers if louder audio is
desired.
